There’s a pizza spot on property that stays open until around 2am. After an evening at the Rum Bar, it becomes one of the most appreciated stops of the night.

It’s not just late-night slices either. During the day, they make build-your-own salads and bowls that are fresh and perfect for a lighter lunch.

It’s one of those places guests discover halfway through their stay and wish they had known about sooner.

The Spa Facilities Are Open Even Without a Treatment

You can use the spa’s cold plunge and hot tub even if you don’t have a reservation.

One of our favorite rhythms was biking over in the morning, doing a plunge, and then grabbing coffee after. It felt like a reset before the day even began.

If you’re considering a couples massage, the outdoor setting near the river is especially peaceful.

The Bikes Are One of the Best Perks on Property

The resort bikes are first come, first serve — and absolutely worth grabbing early.

They turn getting around the property into part of the experience instead of just walking paths. It’s scenic, relaxed, and surprisingly fun.

Quiet Spots Most Guests Miss

The heart-shaped pool tends to be one of the quieter areas mid-day while most guests gather at the main pool.

For sunset, head toward the quieter end of the beach. It’s less crowded and ideal for photos.

And room service breakfast on your private deck? Do it at least once.

Dining Strategy Matters

Butch’s and Buccan are guest favorites and require reservations. Plan those early in your stay.

Also, ask bartenders for off-menu drinks. If you tell them the flavors you like, they often enjoy creating something custom.
